A day to raise awareness about this important dermatological condition, the social stigma and misconception surrounding the disease and about the diagnosis and benefits of early and correct treatment. Department of Dermatology, NMCH in collaboration with Indian association of Dermatologists, Venereologist and Leprologists- NE states branch, celebrated this day on 24th June ahead of World Vitiligo day with Public awareness activity near the OPD complex. Principal Prof. (Dr) Babul Kumar Bezbaruah, Vice Principal Prof. (Dr) Bonti Bora, Superintendent Dr Madhab Chandra Rajbangshi and Faculties of fellow departments graced the occasion.
